You might have a few questions about our membership service. Here are some of the most common ones we’ve received.

We’ve updated how we share obituaries by creating two viewing modes. Participating funeral homes pay a group rate for the publication of their notices, allowing visitors to view them for free (public mode). For all other obituaries, a membership is required to access them (private mode).
Not at all — even if you’re not comfortable with technology. We’ve carefully designed every detail to make your experience simple and enjoyable. And if you ever need help, our team is responsive and ready to assist.
You can cancel your membership anytime. We’ll simply stop charging your credit card after that.
You can add deceased loved ones to your Memory Album by clicking the heart icon next to each obituary on the site. They’ll be saved in your personal album, which you can access anytime in your user account.
