    I am an user

    • How can I offer my condolences to a family?

For each and every deceased, you are given the opportunity to leave your message at the bottom of the page. Messages are publicly displayed on the deceased’s space and seen by their family and everyone who visits the page.

Should you desire further assurance that your message will be delivered directly to the family, we recommend that you contact the funeral home concerned.

    • Why do I only see the beginning of the obituary on the deceased’s pages ?

Our free version offers a space for the deceased that redirects you to the funeral home’s webpage for the complete obituary.

Although you are given easy access as well as other advantages, this version does not include a full display of the obituary.

Review our complete offer to find out all the options the deceased’s pages can offer. If you know them, feel free to inform the deceased’s family.

    • Why do I get an error message when I click READ MORE?

In our free version, the READ MORE button will redirect you to the funeral home’s page to give you access to the complete obituary. You are given an error message as the link has been broken since our initial publication.

The link can be reestablished if the deceased obituary is still on the funeral home’s webpage. Please Contact us if this is the case.

It is possible for the deceased’s family to permanently avoid this problem by migrating to our Aurora commemorative page.

    • How do I let you know about a mistake I found on an obituary?

We are grateful, and thank you in advance, for reporting any inaccurate or incorrect information to us.

Contact us and clearly state the first and last name of the deceased, the date of death, and the information that needs to be corrected.

    • Why can’t I find the deceased I’m looking for?

      There can be several reasons.

Le Necrologue launched in 2008 and specializes in obituary events. We have been identifying and listing all the deceased posted on the websites of several different funeral homes and have been honouring them ever since.

Families are not legally required to inform the population of occurring deaths. It remains their decision.

We strongly believe that it is everyone’s duty to ensure that our dearly departed are not forgotten. We offer our deceased’s page for free to encourage Canadian families to inform the population when one of us passes away. Together, let’s make sure that our deceased leave a permanent virtual mark, accessible to all. Feel free to inform your relatives and friends about this unique product offered by Le Necrologue.
