Why do I only see the beginning of the obituary on the deceased’s pages ?
Our free version offers a space for the deceased that redirects you to the funeral home’s webpage for the complete obituary.
Although you are given easy access as well as other advantages, this version does not include a full display of the obituary.

Why do I get an error message when I click READ MORE?
In our free version, the READ MORE button will redirect you to the funeral home’s page to give you access to the complete obituary. You are given an error message as the link has been broken since our initial publication.
The link can be reestablished if the deceased obituary is still on the funeral home’s webpage. Please Contact us if this is the case.

How do I let you know about a mistake I found on an obituary?
We are grateful, and thank you in advance, for reporting any inaccurate or incorrect information to us.
Contact us and clearly state the first and last name of the deceased, the date of death, and the information that needs to be corrected.
Why can’t I find the deceased I’m looking for?
There can be several reasons.
